Cancellation:

You are welcome to cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of order placement and refund will be issued immediately in the next 24 hours.

 

Item damaged during shipment: 

Assuming the worst case, If the packaging is heavily tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and contact our customer support mentioning your Order ID. A brand new replacement will be despatched to you with no additional cost.

Returning an unused item:

We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of receipt. Buyer will get 100% money back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.Item must be unused, undamaged, contain all the original components and accessories returned in the original box and in the same condition you received it.The Refund amount will be applied against the original credit card or by the original method of payment. WANHAO will notify when the refund has been processed for you to verify with your bank or credit card company.Upon receipt of your return, will inspect the item(s) for missing components and may charge a fee against your return for used or missing items

 

Returning an used item:

We accept returns of slightly used items within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies. An extra charge may be applied if parts are broken or missing or non-salable components.The approved refund amount will be applied against the original credit card or by the original method of payment. WANHAO will notify when the refund has been processed for you to verify with your bank or credit card company.

 

Returning a defective part:

Please note that individual defective/damaged items in a kit will not be considered grounds for a return of the entire kit; however, we will happily replace any damaged or defective individual items at our seller/vendor expense as per the warranty supplied by the manufacturer.

 

Returns procedure:

Contact must be made to WANHAO no later than within 14-days after receipt of the product.

Once we have been informed of the return it is your responsibility to return the item to the manufacturer location using a tracked shipping service. A tracking number must be provided to WANHAO no later than 7 days after the return has been accepted. We will not accept liability for any items lost in shipping.

 

Improper returns:

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product);

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay any additional amount we may charge for redelivery of the returned product.

 

Unauthorized return:

Any return made by Customer without a written return authorization from seller/vendor will be considered an unauthorized return (“Unauthorized Return”). Unauthorized Returns will not be subject to a refund or credit by WANHAO.

 

General information:

If you’d like a refund, contact us first. Once your return is approved, be sure to ship us the entire item to the manufacturer location, in its originally received condition, with all original packing and accessories. Failure to do this may result in a delay in processing your refund, additional handling fees being deducted from your refund, or in extreme cases your refund being denied.

We will not issue refunds on products damaged due to misuse or failure to follow instructions.

After 30 days from receipt, returns will not be accepted. Returns for non-defective printers are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
